What Aetheris is

Aetheris is an AI-assisted jewelry design service. You describe a piece, explore concept images of it, refine them, and can ask for a chosen design to be reviewed and made. Aetheris is opening in stages: some features described on this site arrive in later releases, and we say so where that is the case.

Your account

Guests may develop one private product per IP every 30 days without an account. An account with a verified email is required for additional registered products and purchases. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 18 years old to order jewelry. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to obtain additional free designs is not allowed, and we may close accounts that abuse the service.

Product allowances and Aetheris Plus

Creating a concept image uses one Design Credit. Failed generations are never charged.

Product allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused Plus new-product allowance expires at the end of its paid period; products already started retain their remaining included versions.

• Guest: one free product per IP every 30 days. Verified registration: 2 additional free products for the first 100 registered IPs claiming each Hong Kong calendar month; thereafter 1 additional product. Returning members participate on refresh. Each IP occupies one monthly place, and accounts sharing a registration IP share the quota. Each product includes four rounds of four variants (16 images).
• Free quotas renew 30 days after the previous allowance was claimed; crossing a calendar-month boundary alone does not refresh them. Unused free new-product capacity expires; started products retain their remaining included versions. Each requested refinement or formal-sheet round creates four variants and uses four included image slots.
• Aetheris Plus: HK$349 per monthly billing period with a limited monthly new-product allowance, granted only after confirmed payment. Your remaining allowance is shown in the Studio.

AI concepts are directions, not guarantees

Concept images are generated with AI from your description. They are visual design directions: not engineering drawings, not a promise that a piece can be made exactly as shown, and not a price. Dimensions, stone sizes, settings and manufacturability are confirmed in Aetheris design and manufacturing review, and a quote is given before anything is produced.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the descriptions and reference images you provide. You give Aetheris permission to store and process them to provide the service, including sending them to the AI provider that generates concept images. Only upload images you have the right to use, and do not upload images of other people without their permission.

Designs are private to your account and are not published publicly.

Orders

Quotes, deposits, production times and delivery for a physical piece are set out in the order confirmation you accept at the time. Custom-made jewelry is produced for you; the order confirmation describes what happens if a piece cannot be made as reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aetheris to create unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or to circumvent limits on the service.

Availability, changes and liability

Aetheris is provided as a preview and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Aetheris is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability for the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
