What an AI concept image is, what it is not, and how a concept becomes a piece you can wear.

Legal review requiredThis document is a structured draft describing how Aetheris works today. It is pending review by our legal counsel and is not legal advice; governing law, company details and dispute terms will be stated after that review.
Concept images are visual design explorations
Concept images in Aetheris are generated with AI from your description, your choices and any reference image you share. They exist to explore a direction: proportions, mood, materials and the feeling of a piece. They are not engineering drawings, production-ready 3D models, photographs of a finished product or a promise that a piece can be made exactly as shown.
What is confirmed before anything is made
Before production, the Aetheris studio reviews the chosen design for manufacturability and confirms the materials, dimensions, stone sizes, settings and the technical structure of the piece. Where the concept cannot be made as shown, we propose the closest workable design and say what changed. You receive a quote and a specification, and nothing is produced until you accept it.
- Metals, purities and finishes are those in the specification, not those implied by a render.
- Stone shapes, sizes, colours and counts are confirmed in the specification; laboratory-grown stones vary.
- Dimensions and weights are set at design review, not read from an image.
- Structural details (settings, shanks, clasps, hinges) are engineered by the studio and may differ from the concept.
Accuracy and ownership
Renders can show light, materials and details that do not correspond to a real object, and two images from the same description can differ. We do not guarantee that a concept image is accurate, complete or free of errors.
[Legal review required] Rights in concept images and in the designs derived from them, and any limits on their use outside Aetheris, will be stated here after review.
