Design Credits

Guest and registered free product allowances have no cash value and are not refundable. Failed generations use no product or version allowance; a reserved slot is returned automatically and recorded in account activity.

Aetheris Plus

When Aetheris Plus opens, you can cancel at any time and keep using the credits of the current billing period until it ends. Fees for a billing period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where Aetheris was unavailable for a significant part of the period.

Jewelry orders

Custom jewelry follows the specification and cancellation terms in your accepted quote. Existing collection pieces are made to order using your selected options. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind cancellations after production begins, or voluntary change-of-mind returns for Hong Kong collection orders.

For a faulty, damaged or incorrect collection item, contact aetheristechhk@gmail.com with your order reference and photos. We arrange repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law and cover reasonable return costs where required.

[Legal review required] Applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Prompt contact helps us investigate; it is not a seven-day limit on statutory rights.

Product packs

Product packs cover digital design development rather than physical jewelry. If a confirmed payment does not deliver the purchased allowance, contact us with the purchase reference so we can investigate and arrange correction or refund as applicable.
