Existing collection jewelry

For an existing collection piece, select the actual product options and review the HKD price and delivery terms before paying through Aetheris Stripe Checkout. No separate custom quote or repeat Studio approval is required. Your order freezes the selected source variant, options, price and delivery terms. Collection orders currently support one piece per order with Hong Kong standard delivery.

Collection pieces are made to order. Production requires at least 10 working days after confirmation; we confirm the expected dispatch date. If source availability or pricing changes while a payment is in progress, we review the receipt and contact you before arranging fulfillment or a refund.

Quotes

A quote is prepared by the Aetheris studio for one chosen design version and the requirements you gave (size, metal, stones, country). It states a final price or an estimated range in Hong Kong dollars, the deposit, the validity date and what happens next. A quote is an offer to make that piece; nothing is charged until you accept it.

An estimated range becomes a final price before production starts; if the final price would be above the range, we ask you before proceeding.

Your order

Accepting a quote creates an order for the exact design version and specification quoted. Every piece is made to order for you. Changes after acceptance (size, metal, stones) may change the price or the timeline and are confirmed in writing before we proceed.

Payment

Payment is taken through Stripe Checkout. Collection orders are paid in full at the displayed order total. For custom orders, depending on the quote, you pay a deposit first and the balance before shipping, or the full amount at once. We never charge an amount you have not seen.

Production and timelines

Production starts after the deposit or full payment is received. Timelines are estimates: hand finishing, stone sourcing and quality checks can take longer, and we keep you informed on your order page and by email. Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Materials and stones

Metals, purities and stones are as stated in the selected collection options or custom quote specification. Aetheris stones are laboratory-grown; like every gemstone they vary slightly in colour and inclusions. Custom concept images are visual explorations, as the AI Design Disclaimer describes.

Cancellation

Because every piece is made to order, cancellation after production has started may be limited to the value of work not yet done. Cancellations before production starts and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
